Office Creation in Highgate, London, Braintree & Chelmsford, Essex

We have done renovation and reconfiguration work in offices in Highgate, London. This involved the creation of a communications room, additional directors’ office space and a kitchen area. We also created a gym for the office staff which is much appreciated and well used.

We have also constructed a new office complex in Chelmsford. This office also has catering facilities.

For a national exhibition company we have built new offices in Braintree, Essex.

Travis Perkins Site Maintenance Contract

In a ground breaking move for Travis Perkins, Multi Building Services has been appointed to maintain the group’s 22 branches in Essex.

Typical work involves:

• Concrete repairs to yards, which take a lot of traffic
• Constructing sturdy steel covered storage areas
• Reactive maintenance such as fence and wall damage repair
• Constructing offices
• Installing fire doors
• Landscaping

The arrangement has proven to work very well for the client, who now find their maintenance requirements completed in much faster time and at a considerable cost saving.

We find that organisations such as Travis Perkins attach great importance to Health & Safety.

This is mirrored by our approach. In addition to being Chas accredited, we contract Outsource Health & Safety to work with us on safety matters at all levels. A busy builder’s yard can be a hazardous place, so great emphasis is placed on hazard spotting and safety awareness.
