Recent projects include a variety of ongoing upgrades to a house in Roxwell, Chelmsford, where a rear, two storey house extension involved demolition of the existing conservatory. New dormer windows are planned for the front of the property along with a tailored hand made porch. The master bedroom will receive an ensuite bathroom, and two rear bedrooms will have Juliet balconies with stunning pitched glazing.
We project managed a first floor extension in Roxwell to create a beautiful master bedroom above a garage, while a detached property in Billericay, gained a single storey extension. This featured stunning and functional aluminium bi-folding doors, a new Howdens kitchen installation, and a loft conversion.
We extended a pretty cottage in Willows Green near Great Leighs adding a utility room with pitched roof and Velux Integra electric roof windows. French doors replaced the kitchen window, and the space was increased in preparation for an impressive handmade Neptune kitchen.
On the new website you can read about our single and double storey house extension, plus a ground floor WC and porch in Cottenham, Cambridge,. A large house extension in Theydon Bois consisted of the addition of a dressing room, bedroom, ensuite bedroom, kitchen, utility room, downstairs toilet and replacement bathroom. The house also had a complete rewire, a Baxi combi boiler, a log burner, garden landscaping and redecoration!
