There are two stages of a project that we love here at Multi Building Services Ltd, the beginning and the end. At the start of any project there is the anticipation and determination to excel, achieve perfection and delight the customer. Consulting with the customer and asking all the right questions to ascertain exactly what they desire is a must. Of course a big part of this stage is having the knowledge and experience to identify where an idea may not work or any potential problems may arise. We can usually suggest an acceptable and even preferable alternative. To do this we draw on over 30 years in the business of building, renovation, refurbishment, extensions and conversions in and around Essex.
If there is a question regarding planning permission or building regulations, we can liaise with local councils on our customer’s behalf, to ensure a smooth and trouble free process. We will also project manage the whole body of work if the customer wishes, and have all trades under one roof [literally]. There is definitely an air of excitement from all sides on commencement of the job, and we aim to exceed expectations whether its with new builds, rebuilds, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, or installation of plumbing, heating and air source heat pumps.
We love making dreams come true by transforming homes, or putting things right after disasters like fire or floods. Damaged homes are a challenge, but with a little skill and know how, can be repaired or rebuilt. Flooding has been in the news quite a bit in recent times, and whatever the cause can destroy floors, fittings and belongings. We have been able to restore rooms affected by water, so that you would never know there had been a problem. We offer a choice of some of the most exquisite flooring available including wood, laminate, luxury vinyl tile and stone floor tiling.
There is also now an excellent solution to the question of what to do with old, unwanted carpet and vinyl flooring as carpet recycling has increased in popularity. Harley Carpets in Brentwood, Essex have invested in a Kenburn Carpet Crusher, which represents state of the art recycling technology. They supply and fit a vast range of flooring, and can now provide a full, eco friendly carpet and vinyl flooring disposal service for their customers.
