The last year has been an incredibly busy one for the team at Multi Building Services Ltd with renovations, repairs and refurbishments, but of course we’re not complaining! There is no job large or small that we don’t relish getting our teeth into, the more challenging the better. As always, striving to achieve the best possible results [we hesitate to use the word ‘perfect’, although that’s the word our customers very kindly often use to describe our work]. We post ongoing and completed projects on our Facebook page, so that potential customers can see what we are about and the high quality and uncompromising standards they can expect. It is always exciting to watch a job in progress from the start of the construction to the conclusion, and we get as much pleasure from this as the customer.
Throughout spring and summer 2015, we have executed a range of work including:-
- An orangery in Chelmsford
- An extension and loft conversion in Shenfield
- An extension with roof lantern, kitchen refurbishment and bi-fold doors in Chelmsford
- A kitchen and bathroom renovation in Witham [after flood damage]
- A patio and sensory garden in Finchingfield
- A first floor extension in Roxwell with a stunning feature window.

- Block paving in Crays Hill
- A new artificial lawn in Saffron Waldon
