Air Conditioning, Energy Efficiency & Off Site Manufacturing

Turn Key Air Conditioning is one of the UK’s leading air conditioning design, installation and maintenance companies. With clients in the retail, commercial, industrial and public sectors, Turn Key create air conditioning systems for every environment.
TK Air Conditioning work with all the major manufacturers – including Mitsubishi, Daikin and Toshiba – to create air conditioning systems that are perfect for their customers. They lead the way in innovation, incorporating energy efficient heat exchange technology in integrated heating & air conditioning systems, saving money and reducing the carbon footprint.
A recent project saw Turn Key design and install a cooling and heating system for one of the largest hotels in central London. The brief included the instruction that the installation was to be completed while the hotel remained fully functioning.
TKAC opted for a Mitsubishi Electric high efficiency heat recovery Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning system, coupled with Mitsubishi’s Melcotel™ centralised controller. This technology has been designed specifically for the hotel sector to maximise energy efficiency.
The system was constructed off-site, reducing the cost to the client and minimising disruption, and the air conditioning and heat exchange units were lowered into position on the hotel roof on a quiet Sunday morning without disturbing a single guests.
Air conditioning maintenance is a major part of their work and Turn Key Air Conditioning have service centres throughout the UK including Newcastle, Doncaster, Birmingham London, Bolton, Bristol, Cardiff, Plymouth, Fort William, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Limavady in Northern Ireland, Jersey and the Isle of Man. Regular servicing keeps air conditioning and heating units working at optimum efficiency, lowering energy use and keeping costs down.
